All Aboard the Jubilee VentureOn Thursday 26th July our CUBS spent the evening on board the Jubilee Venture, a 41FT Canal Narrow Boat owned by the Wakefield District Scout Council. Our journey lead us from Wakefield to Stanley Ferry Marina and along the river Calder. The Cubs were given the experience of steering the boat and opening locks. We all had a great time and even the rainy weather didn't dampen our spirits. This was a fantastic way to end our Cub Pack meetings before the School Summer Holidays.
